How MUSEA collects, uses and protects personal information.
Information we collect
Account and profile details, contact information, booking and service information, payment transaction metadata, support information, device/session information, and information you choose to provide.
Photos, selfies and AI previews
MUSEA may process selfies, saved looks, AI makeup previews and before/after images when you use those features. Client face photos and AI previews are private by default. A saved look is shared with a makeup artist only when you attach it to a booking. Public transformations require explicit consent.
How we use information
We use information to operate accounts, enable bookings and payments, deliver AI features, communicate booking updates, prevent abuse, provide support, improve the service and comply with legal obligations.
AI processing
When you request an AI makeup preview or artist execution brief, relevant images and instructions may be securely sent to an AI service provider. AI previews are references and not guarantees of the final makeup result.
Payments
MUSEA uses payment providers such as SeerBit. MUSEA does not need to store your full card details. We retain transaction references, amounts, payment state and reconciliation information.
Service providers
MUSEA may use providers for infrastructure, authentication, storage, AI, email and payments.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for platform operation, legal/accounting obligations, fraud prevention and dispute resolution. Account deletion may be requested, subject to records that must lawfully be retained.
Your choices and rights
You may update account information, control optional communications, choose whether transformations are public and request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
Security
MUSEA uses access controls, private storage where appropriate, server-side authorization and other safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy and will identify new versions by their effective date.
